Description
Demolition and alterations to three existing buildings incorporating them into one upgraded and modernised office space. Installation of fire escape stairs and a lift in the newly created central hub connecting the three buildings. The Old Royal Standard building is a heritage structure, little changes will be made to this building and the existing facade remains intact, as does an old chimney in the demolition area.
