Description
Alterations and additions to existing multi-level concrete-framed apartment block. The project involved extensive underpinning of the existing structure to accommodate two additional levels below the existing building. The site is situated on a steep embankment with the new lower floor finishing at sea level. The structural integrity of the building was maintained by a strict work methodology and construction sequence.
