Description
Construction of a five storey building comprising basement parking and four levels of offices, boardrooms, library facilities, study areas and a canteen. Libraries on three levels serve students from the Universities of Fort Hare, Walter Sisulu and Unisa. The building is serviced by 2 passenger lifts and a goods hoist lift. Challenging build due to a confined footprint; site flanked by buildings and a public road.
