Description
Construction of a new technical service centre. The Kakamas project was a pilot project for Eskom to determine the design of all future technical service centres nationally. This commercial facility extends over some 5000m² and consists of a fully air-conditioned administration block with up-to-date Building Management, Security and Fire Protection systems. A double story warehouse adjacent to this building accommodates the Eskom CNC Facility and incorporates wash bays, carports and a transformer storage facility.
