Description
Phase One of the project was to construct a shell for the owners of the mall and Phase Two involved a tenant installation for Food Lovers Market. In addition to working in a live mall, construction was programmed around the activities of a private school’s lessons and exam schedule. The school occupied temporary premises in a portion of the mall. Access to the mall was via a newly constructed access road bordering a nature reserve whilst ensuring no harm to the sensitive environment.
