Description
Conversion of the Villa Via apartments to a 4-star hotel. External work included demolition of the façade rock cladding, as well as repair and redecoration; demolition of the entrance and construction of a porte cochère and new waterfall feature. Internally, all units were stripped out and completely refitted; the lobbies and reception area were renovated and a new spa, gym, restaurants, casino and entertainment areas were built.
