Description
Complete demolitions of existing 4500m2 facility and earthworks preparation for new 56 bed TB hospital. Works include the construction of new single storey facebrick buildings, with steel roof trusses and Zincal sheeting. Primary buildings include 2 x 24 bed male and female wards and support areas, an 8 bed acute ward, admin and consulting building as well as support buildings. New access roads and parking areas, back up fire and domestic water systems and complete refurbishment of boiler systemsas well as covered walkways and ramps . New backup generators, substations and external lighting also formed part of the scope.
