Description
The scope of work entailed the upgrade of lift lobbies and the complete upgrade of the existing HVAC, Fire Protection and Detection systems and the incorporation of these into an integrated Building Management System. Work was done over 18 floors and involved working in occupied offices and sensitive areas in the bank. Most of the work was done after hours to minimise disruption to the bank’s operations.
