Description
Alterations and renovations to existing laboratories and canteen.
The scope of work included alterations as well as the sensitive replacement of the outdated existing finishes to the laboratories. In addition, the canteen received a total make-over comprising new joinery and complete replacement of the services and equipment. The process included full replacement of all plumbing and drainage as well as the electrical infrastructure.
