Description
Construction of a mezzanine parking level in the SARS building, Randburg, Gauteng; although the works was predominantly concrete, formwork and reinforcing, the scope included extensive demolition, including demolition of a vast existing concrete ramp, reduction of earthworks levels to accommodate new height requirements, retrospective piling for additional support to the new work and finishing trades such as painting.
