Description
Renovation and alterations to the existing Shoprite Checkers building. Interior: new ceilings, tiling and painting in the mall, renovations and upgrading of various areas including upgrading of lifts, new shopfronts, and the complete renovation of two shops. Exterior: new cladding to the perimeter façades, repair and painting of all existing gamma zenith panels; feature towers clad with tiles and painted, feature canopies covered with clip lock; repairs to all paved walkways and the tarred parking area.
