Description
Construction of a three storey office building comprising approximately 5 529m² GLA and basement parking over some 6 983 m². The building consists of a reinforced concrete framed structure with waterproofed reinforced concrete roof slabs, sections of single and double glazed curtain walling and the external façade is finished with a specialist coating, plaster and paint.
